YRPC is Closed

York River Pottery Co. is now closed. 😓

We are so sad to not be able to paint with you anymore, but want you to know that we will cherish all of the memories and friendships we have made with all of you!  Our final day open was December 12th. I already miss all of you!!!!

Information about your stuff!

All unfinished projects should have been picked up as “to-go” kits by December 12th.  They are no longer available for pick up.

All projects dropped off by December 25th to be fired are ready to be picked up!

We will continue to fire any projects that were purchased here as long as they are dropped off by March 1, 2021.  Please paint your initials on the bottom of each piece with glaze (not pencil or sharpie – they both will fire away in the kiln).  After the 19th, please look for instructions here on where and how to drop off and pick up.

Anything dropped off for firing after December 12th will have no guarantee for when they will be ready for pick up.  We will wait until we have a full load to run the kiln, so it could be a few weeks.  Please check this page for updates for whether your piece is ready.  

POTTERY PICKUP
Please pick up your pottery between 12 & 4 Monday through Friday or 10-12 on Saturdays.  

All pottery dropped off before December 25th is out of the kiln and ready for pick up! Thank you!!!

DROP OFF
Please paint your initials on the bottom of your pottery with glaze (not pencil or sharpie, it will burn off in the kiln) and leave your pottery to be fired on the first shelf to the right as you entered with the sign “Pottery Drop Off Area”.
